Blackheath / Mt Victoria RFB currently operates 4 vehicles:
Blackheath - Station St, Blackheath
1 * Category Tanker - Blackheath 1A
1 * Category 7 Striker - Blackheath 7A
2 * Personal Carrier - Blackheath PCA * PCB
Mt Victoria - Harley Ave Mt Victoria (currently being utilised by Shipley RFB)
1 * Category Tanker - Blackheath 1B (Currently operating as Shipley 1)
Blackheath / Mt Victoria RFB are involved in a wide variety of activities in both the local community, local district and also outside the Blue Mountains area (including interstate). Some of our activities are: Bushfires, Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVAs), Storm Cleanup, Search and Rescue, Community Education just to name a few.
We are currently recruiting new members and would welcome anyone that would like to be a part of the community. There are roles for everyone from Fire Fighting to admin support. You can give as much or as little time as you have available. If you are interested in joining us, please contact us.
We hold Training at the Brigade every Sunday from 1pm and Tuesday from 7pm.
